I have recently installed Opera Mail Version 1.0 Build 1044 onto my Windows 10 Home Premium X64 latest Version 1607 Build 14393.693 to gain better sorting capabilities than I can receive with Gmail. Can anyone tell me how I go about enabling the Remove From View function on the Delete Menu? I have searched the Registry, but did not find any menu settings. Also, I looked at the configuration files for Accounts in Mail and found an entry of Permanent Delete=1 and since this was one of the options on the Delete Menu I tried resetting it to Permanent Delete=0 and restarted my computer but Remove From View still remained Grayed Out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did not use OM v.1.0 but much older Opera 11.52

My remove from view is gray " ONLY WHEN I'M VIEWING IN ' Received mode ' or ' Unread mode '.

In other words, my older OM version does not allow ' REMOVE FROM VIEW ' in these viewing modes.

However , I use all the time " REMOVE FROM VIEW " without problem but it must need to be using on " LABELS "

        Edmond.

Yes, "remove from view" (or perhaps "hide from this view" would have been better) only applies to filters/labels, not to accounts nor "All messages".
