Install options to make data in same dir

Is there any install options (Not USB) that lets me set where the data dir goes? Something like this.

Install: E:\Opera Feb 2017

Profile: E:\Opera Feb 2017\profile\data

Cache: E:\Opera Feb 2017\profile\data

I'm not sure why you don't want to do a USB install, because that will do exactly what you want by default.
On a standard install you can change the location of those folders by using command line switches on launcher.exe in the shortcut that you use to run Opera.
It's well documented here if you do a search.

Ahh, but it is missing the one thing that I want, for Opera to be the default browser.

Here's what I'm doing. I want Opera on my desktop (Win 7) as the default and all files in E:\Opera Feb 2017. I will customize this and add extensions, etc. Then, I will copy this whole dir to my laptop. Bingo, no different speeddial issues and its set exactly the way I want. It won't matter if Opera isn't the default browser on my Win 10 laptop.
