Setting home page in opera mini

I know this should be easy, but how do I get opera mini on iPad to open to a blank screen like the speed dial page when I open the app. Currently every time I open opera mini it opens the last page I had open. There's a setting in opera for windows to default to a certain open screen, but I can't find that setting in opera mini for iPad.

Exit Mini using the 'power' button found when you click on the Opera icon at the bottom right. Or close all tabs before leave Mini.

Sorry to be dense here, but opera icon is at the top right and there's nothing in those choices that would make me think it is a power button.

Ah, just know I noticed your are using Mini on Ipad and therefore an old version.

I guess you need to close tabs before leave Mini.
