What don't you just use Opera's built in bookmarks manager and move them that way? Ctrl + A selects all and then you can just move them to any folder you want.

In the last update I lost all my bookmarks. They were in the group "Unsorted Bookmarks". After update group "Unsorted Bookmarks" in bookmarks is not there.

You should find them in "My Bookmarks" when inside the bookmarks manager.. Move them out and put them in folders.

after the last update (43.0.2442.806) in the bookmarks manager did not have any bookmarks that I did, because in previous versions I always save bookmarks in "Unsorted Bookmarks" section. In this update are not present stction "Unsorted Bookmarks" and all my bookmarks is gone, and I did not find them anywhere. Except https://sync.opera.com/web/

Maybe because you have content on it?
Yes, but @Lashuaoo too, he had all bookmarks there, and that's why he did the "trick"
Mmmm...
xD
Also I have read from @Kmielczarczyk that:
Unsorted bookmarks folder is deprecated if there were no bookmarks stored there.
