Adding RSS to Personal News

Is adding an RSS feed to "Personal News" (via the search bar) working/implemented? I just tried it, and it appeared to add the feed correctly, however all entries link to
chrome://startpage/news. -

Did you turn this on in Preferences? opera://settings/?search=%20Show%20available%20news%20feeds%20on%20address%20bar
One you do that, you'll see newspaper icon in address field. Click it to see available RSS. If you like on of them, use Add to My Sources button. -

I hadn't. Just tried enabling it and can't see what it does (doesn't appear to do anything - I already had the newspaper icon in speed dial, with access to Personal News). This option does not seem to fix the link bug.
