I hadn't. Just tried enabling it and can't see what it does (doesn't appear to do anything - I already had the newspaper icon in speed dial, with access to Personal News). This option does not seem to fix the link bug.

Is adding an RSS feed to "Personal News" (via the search bar) working/implemented? I just tried it, and it appeared to add the feed correctly, however all entries link to chrome://startpage/news.
