I just updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10. When I was on Windows 7, pressing the Heart button would add something to my speed dial immediately. Now when I press the Heart button, it goes to a bookmarks folder and has to be added to speed dial separately. How do I go back to a 1-press speed dial link?

Once you select a folder - in this case, Speed Dial - it will be remembered as long as you don't change it.
