Opera going partially fullscreen and obscuring Windows Task Bar

Anytime I maximize the Opera Window it overshadows the Windows Task bar. This began happening either last update or the update before. Anyone known fix for this?

@snote: Just a weird idea but are all your display drivers up to date? I could imagine something going wrong with the wrong drivers, but even then it's stretching it a bit. I never had issues like these before.
