[Solved]Serious Opera display issues

Hello, my Opera browser is having serious display issues on all websites.
There are strange flickering black bars on random positions on each website.
Reinstalling did not change anything, other browsers work without any problems.
My PC is Windows 7/64 bit and always on latest updates

Go into Options, turn on advanced options, and uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available". Does that help?

Thanks, it does help indeed. However, the problem is a browser game I am playing requires hardware acceleration. Is there any other thing I could do?

Upgrade your hardware.

What exactly? My GPU drivers? They are updates, and as said I do not have these problems with other browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox).

I do not know of anyone else facing this problem, so there must be a solution.

Take a look at opera://gpu/, it may give you some hint on what is going on.

Thank you, this helped me to solve my problem.
I compared the problems detected with those from Google Chrome and noticed I need to deactivate "GPU rasterization" in opera://flags
