Android browser with VPN extension?

We are using Opera on Windows 10 x64 just fine, which includes their VPN. This is very helpful especially when our normal VPN locks us out of some pages.

Is there anything similar on Android? Yes, we also have installed Opera VPN, but that requires us to stop our other VPN to start it up. I would like to know if there is an Android Opera browser which will behave similar to the Windows version, wherein an extension or plugin exists to turn on an Opera-only VPN in the browser?
