Opera Keeps Logging Me Out

Hi All,

I'm an Opera user and I love the browser. But I consistently have this issue where every time I close the browser, I have been logged out of all my sites. For example, if I would log into gmail right now, and click the save log in info prompt; I can log in and will stay logged in as long as I keep the window open.

Once I close the window (not the tab) it will delete the log in information. Meaning that next time I open the window, I will have to reinput all the data. Now this isn't just the case for google products, I cannot stay logged into Facebook, Reddit, Opera Forums, my University's website... it is rather annoying to have to constantly login to every site every time.

Help me fix this, I don't want to go to Chrome or Edge.

Sounds like Opera isn't writing to your profile directory properly.

The problem is that Opera is not saving your login info or the problem is that you are being logged out from sites? Or maybe both?

Or it may sound like the guy is opening private windows, Lando.
