[Solved]Opera and Pop ups

I run Opera on my desktop PC which is also my "gaming" computer. Frequently I find a download for a game but Opera seems to "block' the download.

I think Opera allows me to give permissions for safe websites but I can't find the setting for that in Opera Settings.
Please advise.

Maybe Settings > Web Sites > Pop-up Windows > Manage exceptions?
