Adblock custom filter

Hello,
I want to block some ads from a website but I don't see option to do it. Is there any flag or option to add custom filters?

OS: Windows 7 x64
Opera version: 42.0

You can create a custom list using Easylist format and then go to settings > privacy and security > Custom Block List to add it.

When I left click on the Adblock icon I see a list of options including Block an ad on this page. You can select that and follow the instructions.
