How to create new directory in Bookmarks-why iw that not simple!

Sorry but after 10 minutes of trying and failing, I cannot create a new bookmark directory in bookmarks. THIS SHOULD BE SIMPLE!
Please make it simple like the old Opera

It has to be in My folders is all. Not difficult really.
