Start Page favorites icons changed from pictures to default text?

OS: Windows 8.1 Opera Vers: 42.0.2393.94
My Start Page "favorites" icons have changed from pictures to the default text website name with "com" below it; not sure how this happened but I want to change it back; I looked through Settings and didn't find any options for the change in display. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply; I was hoping for a way to change all of them back to what I had set at one time. To use the heart (favorites) icon means I have to do each one separately. What's strange here is that I had all of them set with pictures, then suddenly they were all changed to website name but now I can't change all of them back simultaneously.

Yes :wait:
Maybe exporting to Chrome with V7 Bookmarks AddOn refresh the bookmark image, then V7 Bookmarks > export as Html with tree (again) and re-import to Opera works and make waste less time.
Didn't test, just an hypothesis.

Any change in your OS, permissions, UAC?

Cleaner programs wipe certain things out sometimes. If you use one, next time extend the items to see what's checked, before proceeding.
