New Opera Neon - concept browser

Surprisingly, the information in the browser itself indicates the year 2019. Of course, the browser is not being developed, but why should the version from 2017 be presented as the 2019 browser?

Hello. You do not know when Opera Neon will be updated (if I wrote not there, then sorry. Didn't know exactly where to write)? Gmail says the browser is already outdated.

Why do you leave such outdated and vulnerable software still available for download, if there are not even security updates available for it, I find this a lack of respect for users, if they no longer want to continue the project, for lack of competence, discontinue downloading too, as continuing to allow downloading something that is vulnerable and potentially harmful to users is also your responsibility.

@ssi-marcelo Seriously? Neon is not even mentioned in Opera's main site, so those who may be downloading and installing it are most probably doing it after have researched about it, know and understand that it was a concert browser that wouldn't be updated and developed and decided to install Neon on their own risks.

Hi @ssi-marcelo, with all due respect it's clearly announced, that this is "Opera Neon, our new concept browser" - in other words concept of a browser.
For me as one of the users, it seems like it was experimental field on which Opera wanted to present some new features, which may be further developed and implemented in main stream (stable/beta/developer), and/or in GX or other products.
I also would welcome some security, and compatibility updates to this experiment, as for example it was the case of old Opera (based on Presto engine). However, to be honest I would not expect it too much, because it was only a concept, not a real browser version with several main versions released for several years, as it was in case of the old Opera.

@regnas and then it will be even better. Opera has shown to be incapable in following through or finalizing their features or products.
