Reload tabs after crash or restart?

There used to be a setting to cause Opera to reload all open tabs when Opera was closed or crashed (or Windows decided to install updates).

Is this still a supported feature?

There are extensions that allow you to do such things with only a few clicks. They are generally called 'session managers'. The one I like best is Session Buddy. Its an extension for Chrome but, if you install the 'Download Chrome Extension', you can install it in Opera.
