Annoying white box?

Please help,

Whenever I browse to a url or click a link I get this annoying white box pop up. See attached: http://i.imgur.com/d3FA9qF.jpg

At the bottom? Hmmm ... maybe the debugger, but if so I don't know why it is blank ... try using the debugger (right-click something on the page and choose Inspect element) then closing it ('x" in the corner of the debugger panel) and see if that makes it return to normal. Otherwise it would have to be an extension of some sort.
