Amazon "Leave seller feedback" not rendered properly

When I go to "Leave seller feedback" on Amazon the page is not rendered properly:

The following radio button labels are not displayed at all:

• Item arrived by {date}?
• Item as described by the seller?
• Prompt and courteous service? (If you contacted the seller)

All other browsers (including Vivaldi) render the page properly.

Have you checked with ad-blocker and extensions disabled if you are using them?

No extensions; same results with ad-blocker disabled.
