Colors for top of Opera 42 Browser

I managed after a couple of days to get the very top of the browser a weird color.
All instructions for changing colors in Opera are basically screwed.
They usually start saying click on the menu, click on appearance (which does not exist) and click on style (which does not exist).
Mostly I just survive with the plain white main bar and the plain white bookmarks bar.
I suspect Opera must change the Menu on a weekly basis just to keep everybody confused.

I am using W10.

Actually, the instructions you were reading were for Opera 12, and thus are somewhat outdated. About 3-1/2 years, in fact. On Windows 8/10 Opera should try to match your theme.
