Reset my passphrase

Can an admin or someone from support team reset my passphrase ? I have reinstalled my os and i can't remember it.I have many website and password stored on the account. My email adress is [removed for user own safety]

I can prove that it is my account.

If you go to sync.opera.com you can reset your own passphrase - but if you do then you will also be clearing your saved data. That would be the only option an admin has available, and you can do it yourself, so what is the point?

If i reset the passphrase i lose all saved data and i don't want that...
As you can see here http://imgur.com/a/HvCxB i have 99 stored password and i remember them.Can i do something to save at least the history,bookmarks ? I have accounts on some trackers and i can't remember the link adress to them.If i reset i lose link adress.
I have access to the email adress and i can prove with my facebook i own that email address.
