Multi-monitor setup glitch

I have 3 monitors and sometimes when a drag a new tab or an existing tab
to a different monitor it will be completely blank until I create a new
tab and switch back to it, I've made a animated gif to demo: http://imgur.com/a/q8hrcWindows 10 x64
