No Option to export bookmarks

So I spent all morning trying to figure out how to export a certain bookmark folder (or all of them) into bookmarks HTML file but I could not find any. I tried to follow instructions from Opera's website here http://help.opera.com/Windows/12.10/en/importexport.html but there is no Import and exportFile > Import and export. in Opera's settings!
Opera come on! Even if it's there and I missed it it shouldn't that hard to find ESPECIALLY when I use the settings search bar to look for it...Anyways, does anyone know how to export bookmarks from Opera?

tried to follow instructions from Opera's website here
As the link shows, those are instructions for an old version of Opera (12.10) and they aren't valid for more recent Opera versions.

You need to use an extension.
