Scroll wheel won't work in Opera 42

The scroll wheel isn't working.
It worked before I updated Opera, it works in Chrome, SeaMonkey, and normal programs on my computer.
I am on on Windows 10.

Brand of mouse? Some mouse drivers come with a utility that controls how the device interacts with individual programs - I know in particular that my Logitech mouse (actually mine's a trackball, but Logitech uses the same utility with mice) can change how my scroll wheel operates as well as the extra buttons. If your mouse has a similar utility, check its settings.
