Access Password Storage without Windows Password

I just got a ridiculous warning screen when I went to find a password. I recently switched back to Opera after about 10 years without using it. Firefox has always been simple to read passwords but this is making life challenging. Please advise.

Your stored passwords are encrypted using your Windows credentials, there is no way to change it.
