How to change status bar/toolbar color.

I'm trying out Opera and I like it so far, but I'd like it 2 times more if I could get a dark status bar. I really like in Chrome having a the theme match the bar and it would just fit perfectly with my laptops theme. That and is there also a way to remove the blue ad blocker notification without it being disabled.

You can change the color of the top bar (tab bar) by enabling 'Show system color on top bar' in settings. And that's it.
