It's the one thing I really miss at Opera and I'm a little bit worried that this missing bit will never be sorted out - I mean better full screen UI. What I'd like to see on Opera is:

...>> During full screen the address bar shoud appear on page scroll up or once the top margin of the site is reached with scrolling.

...>> There should be a way to switch the tabs on full screen mode.

...>> Opera should actually interact with touch screens better.

I've got W10 tablet and use Opera on it and quite frankly - it's hard to use full screen mode because I constantly have to switch back to "normal" mode once I want to... type url? Now I've tried some extensions mainly from Chrome Store but sadly - nothing works. Opera just doesn't like to be touched? 🙂

I'm not even "mentioning" the BACK key on task bar once on tablet mode in W10. Opera won't even catch this function pressed and result is Opera window goes to background so once you want to browse back to previous site on full screen mode you have to switch to "normal" view and than push the navigate back button next to URL bar than again go full screen.

So you want a full screen mode that exits full screen mode all the time?

OP seems to want some kind of mixed mode - tabs/url visible, but able to scroll off the screen along with web page content.

I have no tablet here - how is fullscreen toggled currently? From complete outsider perspective, I would like to be able tap on some predefined area (eg top right corner) to bring tabs/url temporarily visible.
