@DEVs: two main reasons why I'm not using Opera until now

Hi DEVs,
please consider these two options which have been requested by others before:

1. provide an option for language change (not meaning new country selection) like in opera mini
2. provide a configurable "delete data on exit" option

Is there ongoing development on implementing these? Or at least some info like planned/coming or will it most likely not be available in future? If so, what are the reasons?

For what reasons should they add those features? How users would benefit from them?

Personally I keep going back to chrome because of password syncing across devices. Its still not available in opera for Android.

and being able to switch the browser's language to standard 'english' settingwould help nooby users to follow how-to-fix-it advice.

dunno myself. probably because other browsers offer this, and naive users don't have sufficient knowledge about privacy and opera's policies.

if worried or paranoid, use tor.

I'm not so sure. if the person knows English, it wouldn't be so difficult to follow those advices even with Opera in other language.

I don't think they really care that much about it. They just want to use their browser, access their pages and so on.
