Unable to reset synchronization

Hi !
I logged in to a new computer (running Windows) using my opera account credentials, but the data synchronization between this new device and the account requires some old paraphrase.
The dialogue box says that "If you have forgotten the paraphrase then stop and reset synchronization."
However, when i click on "reset synchronization" button it redirects me to a link "https://sync.opera.com/web/" and i am unable to find an option to reset the synchronization.
Please help me with this issue.
An early response would be highly appreciated.

Are you logged in? If so you should see the 'Reset Sync Data' link on the bottom right.
