szcz00rek last edited byI'm logged in with Opera Account on my laptop (Opera 40.0.2308.62), Android Phone (Opera 37.0.2192.105088) and iPad (Opera Mini 14.0.0.104835).
Most data appears here - https://sync.opera.com/web/.
No synchronized data on devices (no bookmarks, no speed dial, no open tabs).Any ideas?

leocg Moderator Volunteer last edited byOn the desktop Opera check opera://sync-internals/ for anything unusual like an error message. You could also try to log-off and then log in again on Sync. Also, you know that Speed Dials will be found in Bookmarks Manager > Other Speed Dials and open tabs in the tabs menu (in desktop version), right?

szcz00rek last edited byIMHO logs looks fine, can't find any errors. Logout and log nor help. I know where sync data should appear For me it's look like problem with sync on mobile devices. iPad and android phone can be found on device list here https://sync.opera.com/web/ but can't sync anything. Is there any posibility to check sync logs on mobile?

geraldkw last edited byI have the same issue. opera://sync-internals/ doesn't show an error but I'm new to this so I don't where an error is indicated. I have logged-out and in again on both devices (Laptop and HTC10) but still no synchronisation.
Somebody a clue what to do?

samtr3 last edited byIt's a shame that something so basic as sync should be ignored by Opera tech's. Why aren't they helping us?

samtr3 last edited bySo, Opera has no customer service, no telephone number, no email address. They expect us to solve our own problems while they use us as a test leb?
Sounds like a company owned by Trump.

leocg Moderator Volunteer last edited bySo, Opera has no customer service, no telephone number, no email address This is part of the price we pay for getting Opera for free. They expect us to solve our own problems Most of the times it's possible to solve issues with the help of other users. If not then there's a high chance of a bug and you need to wait for Opera to fix it. while they use us as a test leb? Welcome to the real world of free products. Anyway, you use it because of your own choice.

mallyone last edited byI have been using Opera for a couple months now, and it has yet to sync new bookmarks between my desktop and laptop, and both are always signed in. The desktop is on almost 24/7. Chrome's sync is instantaneous but it has other problems, the reason I switched to Opera. But if I can not get the syncing to work, Opera is trash to me other than to run the few sites Chrome will not. No one on their social media pages seem to communicate with the tech/dev department, so I don't think the ones that can fix the problem even know there is a problem.

Deleted User last edited byI'm having the same issue with version 42.0.2393.94. Nothing is syncing across devices except for Javascript block list exceptions. Everything shows up fine when I go to https://sync.opera.com/web/ though.
