Opera 20 beta 1 for Android

It is strange that the beta exists alongside the previous non-beta.
usually, like whatsapp, a beta installation will replace the previous non-beta installation.
more, the opera beta will not import those saved pages and the speed dials from a previous non-beta installation.
quite inconvenient!
please consider any modifications, thankyou.

There's no option to play vidoes after download any video via Other media player. If I download a video & open it from opera mini's download manager Opera Mini plays it by its default poor video player. Where all the videos is not resize (fit to screen) as my screen. Pretty annoying.
Also If I download multiple files at a time then its not showing (individually) how much time it need to finish the download per downloading files. All that it shows is the total time of all downloading files.
& the built in download manager needs much improvements for speed.
I'm waiting for the next beta release. Maybe all of those issues will fixed in the next beta. -

my gut feeling is that redirects and reloads are in fact a memory issue of the phone. available ram getting tight with many apps in the background competing, and not enough room for mini to expand websites, that are getting fatter and fatter.
i noticed that with several tabs opened, i can see the preview, but when i open the page mini returns a blank page while reloading. less frequently so on phones w more than 1 gb ram.
ymmv.

ymmv.i don't think so. i only have Opera Mini running, with only a single tab, which is, lead to 'Too Many Redirects'.
unless, what you mean is background processing. -

Letsencrypt certificates are "invalid or non-verifiable" (for instance, when accessing https://letsencrypt.org )
This bug is several months old and was already fixed (several times, in fact) but then a new version comes along that breaks things. Please fix this definitely, it's importante since this is the fastest growing certificate authority.
Thanks! -

If you want to download video from YouTube, you have many solutions on Android. I don't think opera mini can implement this kind of functions because he is under the light. Those browsers you mention are not as known as opera mini.

Please Miyuki also add a link for those who don't have the play store. Thanks

@ornelien http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/versions/ is the place where we put the stable versions. Unfortunately we don't upload beta versions there.
Regarding our downloader, you'll see more changes in the future versions.
