i do sync all my bookmarked links before i formate my pc, later when relogin it returns back the folders of bookmark but not links within, as well didnt bring back the speedail links !

any action can be done to restore them, or at least know them on my opera account !

unfortunately no, i didn't back up just count on opera sync

Well, like any sync toll, Opera Sync is not a backup tool.

Sorry to say to i'm afraid your bookmarks are lost.
