Massive memory leaks for streams in Opera?

Am I the only one experiencing severe memory leaks in Opera for many streaming sites such as YouTube and Twitch?
A Twitch stream in "Source" quality will continuously accumulate 3-4 GB of memory until the tab finally crashes. This process normally takes around 30-45 minutes.
Same thing with YouTube live streams. It eats enormous amounts of memory until the tab crashes. Normally it reaches around 3-4 GB before crashing.
It only happens with live streams. Haven't experienced the same with normal videos or normal tabs.
Is this a known issue and are there any plans to fix it anytime soon?

I'm using Opera version: 39.0.2256.71 and Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
I'll give you some screenshots here so you can see how it looks: http://imgur.com/a/qa9Yo
The Opera process on the top is a tab with a Twitch stream running on "Source" quality for about 10 minutes.
2nd picture shows the same tab after 30 minutes of having the tab open. As you can see it just accumulates too much memory. If I keep it open for too long it will simply crash.

I left this stream running for a while and couldn't reproduce the problem.
Do you use any extension? If so, have you tried with them disabled?
Also check with anti-virus, antimalware or similar software disabled.
If the problem persists, try a clean Opera profile.

It seems to work fine in a private tab both with and without my extensions activated. So it doesn't seem to be an extension problem. The tabs dump a lot of the memory and consistently stay below 100 MB.
The problem is much more pronounced in "Source" quality. It literally adds like 15 MB per second. In "Medium" quality it manages to handle the memory quite well but it still adds up and doesn't dump enough for the tab to stay small.
Very strange. I've run anti-virus/malware software and the computer is clean.
Any other idea what could cause this? Cookies?

I have the same problem, in Opera 42.0.2393.94 with Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
I'd tell you what plugins i'm using, except that i can't find any menu item that shows them and a quick Googling didn't help. I checked all Settings, including Advanced. Nothing in Extensions.

Tell us what's the problem. If not how to reproduce and tell it's a bug :v. Windows 10 have a massive RAM leak, not Opera anyway..
