REMOVE plus sign from bookmarks toolbar

I just downloaded Opera and want to give it a go, but there are things that are annoying. Please do not reply to this if the only thing you will say that it is "trivial" etc.

I do not want the "plus" sign to be in my bookmarks toolbar, as it is eating the space, and want to remove it or place it somewhere else, eg next to address bar that is so long anyway.

Can this be done? And if yes - how.

PS. YES I browsed other threads and some on the same topic were closed awhile ago and not really helpful at all, so please just post if you have a constructive HOW-TO advice, thank you.

PS2. Just found out that Netflix cannot be played in this browser also. NO I do not have "Turbo" on and yes Widevine Content Decryption Module IS ENABLED. so ???
