saving pages in the new Opera for Android?

  • I have been saving pages--especially my work schedule--in Opera Mobile, but the manual for Opera for Android says to open the menu and then select "save for offline." No such option exists in my menu. I cannot locate any way to save a page. I finally figured out how to find the old saved files, which are stored in the download folder with the opera icon, but not under my carefully chosen filename, so I have to open them one by one until I find the right one. But saving pages is very important to me, and I have to be able to do that. Or do I have to close OFA and open Opera Mini anytime I want to save a page? I love the new flickable tab list, for instance. But saving pages is so important to me that I may have to switch back to Opera Mobile. Please help, or fix this problem

  • Moved to Opera Mobile for Android forum ...

  • the + button in the address bar allows you to save pages for offline viewing, or add them to your speeddial.

  • Thanks, really thanks :P, I didn't know it was too easy...

  • thanks thanks that was so helpful
