Font show up big in Opera

I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks now. Whenever I go on any website the text will show up double the size that it should, it's very annoying. This isn't a zoom issue and it only happens on Opera. Any help?

Version of Opera? Version of Windows? Do you have one of those computers with a real high screen resolution?
