Make VPN to support TOR and I2P

Actually desktop VPN is a HTTPS proxy. It's possible to install TOR/I2P onto server side and tweak proxy to upstream *.onion requests to TOR and *.i2p requests to I2P. So we get fast and dirty way to access darknet.
