Problem with Opera or VK.com?

I wrote first to VK support:
Cannot load and playback video
I use Opera for watching videos from VK.com. In Chrome and Mozilla everything is ok, but in Opera there is a problem: "An error occurred during loading. Please try again later. Error code: 4"
I uploaded new version of Opera (39.0), and new Adobe Flash Player but it happened the same.
VK Support answer:
Browser Opera does not support this function now.
Please use the another browser.

My questions to Opera support:
Is it truth? What can I do? Can You fix it?

I can get to the site without a problem but I don't have an account so that is as far as I can go.

Actually, I can play some videos I encountered there. Can you please provide your links to vk videos which are problematic? Thanks.

They all play for me so I'm at a loss. Will have to investigate.

I still cannot open any video from VK.

Both open and videos play fine here.

You can't open the link or you can't play the videos? If you can't play the videos, what is your graphic card? And your OS?

While trying to play the video, open opera://media-internals/ , click on the related entry and check if there are any error messages.

Opera relies on the OS to play some codecs and if the OS doesn't natively support those codecs, Opera can't play them. And this seems to be the case with Vista.
