About:Blank

I am using Opera Developer Version: 41.0.2329.0 and when refreshing some pages I get About:Blank instead of the web page. Only way to fix is to enter the web page address manually.
Also, the VPN does not work most of the time.

As for the first issue, it is known and the fix is on its way. Apologies.
Regarding VPN, it is a bit more complicated, a lot depends on various factors (including the physical location of course).

I also get About:blank when using the back button which is really annoying when browsing Amazon, tho my vpn has worked faultlessly for the past few versions, using the same version as above

The blank page issue seems to be related to the history. If I go to a page, follow a link, then go back, I can be redirected to a blank page.

Never been so happy rolling back to a previous version opera developer (v.40.xx) Version 41.xx was a total mess/disaster for me. Visting reddit, press back button on my mouse.... about:blank or 90% of the time advertising looping hell.

Agree about it.
I also see that annoying About:Blank issue from my side..can't even go back using the left-side arrows. I am using Win10 64bit with latest dev version installed.

I'd like to add also that most of the time when i press the back button, it attempts to redirect my browser to crappy advertising contents.
e.g http://i.imgur.com/TpxpzIw.png
(i was viewing a post on linkedin and once clicked back, it tried to redirect me into one of these shitty ads domains...luckily i had uBlock plugin enabled to prevent stupid click-jacking and unauthorized redirects, it wont happen every time but when it do is just a mess.)

I am also having the same issue of ad-jacking using the back button. If I keep pressing the back button, I get different click ad addresses. Can't get out of ad-jacking and just have to close Opera and start over. Then it happens again. Is sooooo frustrating! This concerns me greatly since malicious malware could be loaded on my computer that a malware program might not be able to detect and remove. The reason I use Opera is for the VPN protection. But with this last update, it has caused me problems with the browser. Not sure I will stay with Opera at this point.
