      I use Opera 39. But the nightmare is : I cannot achieve setting for displaying correctly romanian web pages, main problem being the display of ”ã” (font=Arial, code=0227) or ”Ô (font=Arial, code=0195) character, along with ”ș” (font=Arial, code=0186) or ”Ș” (font=Arial, code=0170) and ”ț” (font=Arial, code=0254) or ”Ț” (font=Arial, code=0222). I tried most of the things in ”Settings - Websites” : change the font, change the encoding to UTF 8 / Central European / Romanian ...”. Nothing seemed to work. I achieved some sort of displaying ” ș / Ș / ț / Ț” characters in an recognizable form, but never the ”ă / Ă” character (on Facebook). What can I do ? Thanks.
      After saving in draft mode, I have seen that first two characters ( 0227 and 0195 ) in this message are not displayed at all....same problem...

            DELL XPS L702X, i7 2670QM, Windows 7 HP 64 bit, English. Other browser : Firefox/Internet Explorer show correctly all the characters; Chrome seems to follow Opera
