Opera Developer 41 - Strange display of top of page on www.eb.dk

Looks like something goes wrong on interpretation of cookie check code at the pages of www.eb.dk.
This results in strange page layout for the top part of the page.
This is something that has been introduced in later versions of Developer.
Other browsers like Vivaldi displays the pages correctly

I can't read the text, but I'd guess it is related to the ad blocker. If the cookies are related to an ad-hosting site they would be blocked. (I can tell the text says something about private mode, but that's all I get from it.)
