I apologize for that. The intention was there.

On the settings page just type 'wand' into the search field.
The fourth result should include the path to your wand.dat file.

There's almost certainly a very good reason why the OP only got "settings" when he copied and pasted that opera:config URL, he isn't on a version of Presto Opera!
Wand.dat does not exist in current versions of Opera.
The passwords are now stored in the "Login Data" file in the user profile data folder I assume.

That's the reason for what you should always inform your version of Opera as the Posting Guide says.
