Image rotation on Opera is possible ? Or how to ask it as a new feature ?

When I open pdf files on Opera (38.0.2220.29) a rotation button appears and I can rotate the opened page
it will be very useful to be able to rotate the image on the window also when it is an image file, not strictly a pdf
Is possible to rotate the image ? If it is I'm not able to find how
if it is not possible I would like to ask to the developer to consider to add this feature, please can you give me a link
to be used to submit this ?
