Opera Account Sync Bookmarks & SpeedDial

A couple of months back I started using Opera as my primary browser, did the rounds, made an opera account allowed sync etc..
After reformatting my PC this past week I've reinstalled logged in, allowed synchronisation but my bookmarks and speed dial are still at stock I think
Is there no way to check the bookmarks you have attached to your account, I'm not sure whether to set them back up, or whether it's just the sync that is not working?
Any advice appreciated!

Ok so I've just actually found my old speed dial, listed under other as a different PC - name has probably changed since the reformat. But still cant find my bookmarks anywhere?

That info is in the FAQ. -)
But still cant find my bookmarks anywhere?
They should be in the 'bookmarks manager'. Can you view them in https://sync.opera.com/web/ ?
