Tab stacking is a much needed feature. It was one of the best features of old Opera. A true signature feature that made Opera better at tab handling and multitasking and made users more productive.

opera://about/
Click "Rate Opera"
And request this missing feature!

Probably wont happen. Also there is a forum for this and this one isn't it. Check out Suggestions.
