Synchronization of speed dial does not work

I created an opera account on a computer and created a few folders under bookmarks, and setup speed dial. I have now logged into another computer. It did not synch my customized speed dial page. It does have my folder that I created.

I tried to reset synchronization, that was confusing and I have no idea what it did, I still have no access to the speed dial I had setup.

Is Opera actively maintained?

It has been answered lots of times. Check 'Other Speed Dials' in bookmarks manager.
