      Hi
I close nearly every tab when I close Opera Mail.
Next time I start Opera Mail there is a huge number of Tabs with nothing in them.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have tried to reinstall the program and delete the mail box, but it didn't make any difference.

I am having the same problem. Would like to know how to fix it. I have 2 tabs open, but when I open my task manager, it shows that I have 9 opera processes running.

Are you using Opera Mail? if you are just using current Opera browser then it's something unrelated to this topic and also there is no problem.

Close down Opera and delete autosave.win in the "sessions" folder. It's in the preferences folder. See "Menu -> help -> about Opera Mail" for the location.
