Recently the thumbnails in MSN.com/my topics are only showing the picture placeholder instead of the thumbnail. Edge displays them fine. Have clean installed Opera, disabled plugins and updated java with no help. Anyone else having a similar issue. Prior to a few weeks ago they were working fine. Running Opera 38 on Windows 10.

Is Opera Turbo enabled? Is Opera's ad blocker enabled?

Opera turbo disabled...tried with ad blocker enabled and disabled. also deleted all of opera including folder in appdata followed by a clean install...looking at inspect element showing img=err. Looked like a java error, so I uninstalled that and re-installed..still no good.Edge displays them all with no errors but I prefer Opera.

BTW, this is also happening in Opera on my laptop AND my insider hub PC with version 14393.3.. I have Opera beta on that PC as well and the issue does not occur on the beta

Do you have any anti-virus or other such software installed on your machine?

                Looked like a java error,

Why did it look like a Java error? Maybe you are confusing Java and Javascript?

Do you have a link for a page where the issue is happening?
