Password Manager not working

All the sudden, Opera 38 is no longer filling passwords, and if I delete a password from a site in the hope of restoring it, Opera does not ask to store it.

Anyone has a solution to this?

This link is for a help page of a six years old version of Opera. Current versions are a completely different program.
