[Solved]opera mini always on on Opera for Windows??

Hello
I just install and configure Opera on my PC (Windows 10 64 bits)
After a view verification. I see that My Ip is not the good one , because there is a opera mini proxy ON ?

Locate at Norway
I don't have anything about opera mini or proxy changing tool

It can be slow down the browser a little bit?
How can I set it Off?
